Welcome to Raqnith. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing digital goods, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Digital Products & Licensing
All items sold on Raqnith are digital products. Upon successful payment confirmation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital assets according to the individual product's license tier.
2. Payments & Pricing
All product prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payments are processed through our authorized partner PayMongo Philippines, Inc. via QR Ph, GCash, Maya, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are final upon digital fulfillment.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not offered once digital assets have been accessed or downloaded, except in cases where a product is proven to be defective and cannot be resolved by support.
